Privacy
Share business context. Keep sensitive records private.
This site provides information and links to an external booking service. It does not offer an on-site quote or contact form.
Information involved in an enquiry
When you choose to contact us or book a discussion, you may provide a name, business contact details, and information about your operations. Use only the details needed to arrange and prepare for that discussion.
Who may receive the information
Spot and its brokerage partners perform insurance procurement. Information relevant to an enquiry may be used to coordinate the discussion, assess next steps, and support the procurement process.
The calendar opens on Cal.com under Tools for Enlightenment. Its own privacy terms and data collection apply when you use that service. Website hosting and font-delivery providers also receive ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address, when their resources load.
Keep patient information out of general channels
Do not place medical histories, patient records, identity documents, passwords, or payment details in calendar notes. If documents become necessary, confirm the intended recipient and transfer method first.
Questions about information you provided
Use the contact route to identify the enquiry and explain a privacy or correction request. Avoid repeating confidential information in the request itself. Retention and deletion may depend on the purpose of the record and applicable obligations.
