Businesses in our customer community
Your studio and your practice need different coverage.
We distinguish personal instruction from clinical treatment when approaching the market. Your services determine the policy wording we look for.

Your actual services go in the application
Hands-on instruction, visiting practitioners, and treatments added last year are the details that decide a quote. We list them rather than letting a broad business label stand in.
Premises and professional claims separated
A slip in the studio and a complaint about care given are different allegations under different sections. We compare how each proposal responds to both and explain the gaps and limits.
Who is covered while working for you
Contractors, substitutes, and visiting specialists are not automatically insured. We establish who needs to appear on the policy and how each proposal treats them.
Know which policy covers which part of your work.
We explain how premises liability, professional liability, and employee injury coverage fit together, then compare the terms available for your business.

We approach the market
We prepare the submission and handle follow-up questions, using your existing coverage and contract requirements to guide the options we seek.
We explain our recommendation
We set out how the quotes differ, explain the exclusions and insured parties, and recommend an option with the reasons for choosing it.
An accurate submission
We describe the care or instruction you provide without collecting patient records.
Policy terms explained
We point out the exclusions and endorsements that affect your services.
A reasoned recommendation
We explain why an option fits and what limitations remain.
Does general liability cover an allegation about instruction or treatment?
General liability may exclude allegations about instruction or treatment. We compare those exclusions with the professional liability form to establish which policy addresses the services you provide.
Does an instructor’s own policy automatically cover the studio?
No. We check the instructor agreement and insurance endorsements to establish whether the studio is included. A certificate showing the instructor’s coverage does not extend that policy to your business.
What should we check before switching a claims-made policy?
We check the proposed retroactive date and reporting conditions against your current policy, including how earlier services are treated. We also explain extended-reporting options and identify continuity issues before recommending a replacement.
Taking appointments beyond your usual premises.
Adding a class in a rented room or visiting patients changes where your San Francisco business works. We review the new venue agreement and check whether the policy addresses those off-site services. If the new activity needs different terms, we pursue the available options before you rely on existing coverage.
